Lambs

The first lambs I've seen this season, though I haven't ventured far. This farm always has lambs before others in our area, sometimes before Christmas.

These were probably born a week or two ago during that cold spell. Brrr! Who'd want to be forced out of a steaming hot tub to land on hoary grass with a north easterly wind howling.
