Young dragon

This is in the Australian National Botanic Gardens in Canberra. I’m fairly sure the lizard is a young Eastern Water Dragon. It is on a flower of Banksia menziesii, in the newly-established Banksia Garden. I read that young dragons eat almost nothing but insects. I assume this one is lying in wait for insects to visit the flower.
