Horno nuevo.

Took delivery of a new oven today, a necessary expense as the old one was smoking food rather than baking it, and all the seals were perished. It must have been 18 years old and a very basic model. The new one is state of the art stainless steel with 20% larger interior while still the exact same overall size (how is that possible?), has lots of functions and even a prong to stick into roasts to make sure they're done how you like them. It's a German oven but the instructions are miniscule and in Spanish, so I haven't worked out how to fully use it yet. This picture is to remind me how pristine and wonderful it was when new and unused, with the optimistic intention of keeping it that way. Yeah, yeah...
