Birds at Craigmaddie Reservoir

The birds were aplenty up at the reservoir this morning.
There were a couple of unusual ones on the water, main picture is of a type of Grebe although I could not zoom in close enough to be sure which kind and the extra looks like a Cormorant, both nice to see. We saw three beautiful Jays high up in the trees in the woods and there were also many robins, blackbirds, dunnocks etc. Spring has sprung!
