Ginger crackle biscuits

W has been busy in the kitchen again.  We can vouch for the fact that these are very tasty, having had some with our lunch.

Edit: this is the recipe that W started with.  But we had no treacle or golden syrup in the pantry, so he substituted honey.  After multiple tastings, we think they would be better with more ginger.
