Shabby Chic

House viewing with eldest this morning...the bird table was in marginally better condition than the rest of the property! Demand is so outstripping supply here at the moment that this house was on the market at offers over what it would have been worth in walk in condition (it was more walk out than walk in) and there’s no doubt that it will sell at way above that price!

Another gorgeous spring day...think I’ll go for a walk then plan the little ones birthday card.
