Don't Ask...

...what this is all about. I have no idea. I don't usually go into town on a Sunday, but I had a few errands to do. As I passed the Peace Gardens, a beautiful square in the middle of Sheffield with wonderful water features and sculptures, this Blip fell into my lap so to speak. Whoever they are, whatever they are doing, they seem to be thoroughly enjoying themselves.
