I stood at the picture window watching the hives, the sun warmed the hives enough for activity.

West to out apiary to check hives and pick up wood for shed roof. Tea and chat outside.

Back to shed to put roof on.

Dinner made, eco daughter favourite of leek and chicken pie followed with syrup steam sponge.

Quiet night.
