At West Wanaka Station

Today the 12 members of the walking group parked at Homestead Bay and walked from there along the Minerat Burn Track towards Calhoughans Beach.  I walked 11,000 k's or just over 7 k's.  That was far enough as it was quite a hilly walk.  We stopped at a local cafe for a welcome cuppa on the way home.  

The extra is The Show, setting up the Ferris wheel.  It still needs the chairs to be attached.  The Show is always excellent, and the whole town is looking forward to it, especially me.
