Nest building

The quality of the image is so bad because it is lashing with rain and the window is wet, however that is not stopping the blackbird from nest building. I can see the nest so I am hoping for some good shots. The nest is the same one as last year where she successfully raised 3 chicks without a mate. Freckles, the male with the white dots on his face is a new partner so we will see how good a dad he is. It will be interesting to see if any of the chicks have his white splashed colouring.
