Another day in the office - I only really go for two reasons:
1. The exercise (20km ride each way) and
2. To get out my beloved's hair once or twice a week and
3. I had grilled fish and salad (and two potato scallops) today too (for a very reasonable $12... three reasons..... amongst the reasons are.....

Short day - came home early but I will easily make up the time this week.
