Former Stockbridge Free Church

The Stockbridge Free Church was demolished in 1980 except for the tower - it is now incorporated into brick faced social housing.
The Church was originally St George's Free Church built in 1844 on Lothian Road but was displaced by the Caledonian Railway, demolished and partially re-built in Stockbridge in 1867-8.
