Head full of formal complaint nonsense who said what, who didn’t do what.  Honestly thinking it would be better just to pay the weasels rather than waste our time... but then they win ...

But really, who has time for this stuff...  Our letter is four pages long with 3 complaints and 21 Appendixes.  It will be going off tomorrow.
