On the Common

After a frosty start, a lovely, sunny, Spring day. I always associate downs and commons with airy, wide open spaces and expansive views. The sunshine today was a bit hazy, but the ground underfoot was firm and dry. Lots of people out walking and exercising dogs on the maze of grassy tracks that criss-cross the common. Fresh air, sunshine, space and views of Dartmoor. Wonderful!
