At least this one's not stuffed

Strangely, I actually took a snap of a stuffed thrush in the New Walk Museum in Leicester with a view to using this for my Saturday Blip. This was through sheer frustration at never being able to get a good image of a bird. This little fella was sitting in a tree right outside the museum as though he was waiting for me to take his portrait!

I have it on good authority that my Blip contains a Mistle Thrush (Turdus viscivorus) and not a Song Thrush as I had previously stated. I'm not exactly sure of the identity of the stuffed thrush in the museum.

We stayed a my brother and his wife's house on Saturday evening and so I did not get a chance to upload my Blip.
