Lentils

Lentils with chard and almonds, and olive and walnut sourdough toast with goat cheese, sumac, and radish shoots. Wine: Terra D'Uro La Enfermera Tempranillo Toro 2017.

This was a fantastic dinner. I thawed the second olive sourdough I made a few weeks ago, and this form of it was its apotheosis. The wine was quite nice and excellent for the price.
