Elephant Ears

At least that is what my plant identifier says it is. They are a welcome color spot in an otherwise dreary rockery. A strange Monday, not very busy. Tired from a restless night. Mom feeling some side effects from the vaccine but is happily sleeping now. Max had a very social walk with numerous doggie admirers. We had some sun. Hope you are all well. Today is my grandfather’s birthday. He has been gone since 1978 but he was a lovely man. Always making the best of things and he loved women so it is appropriate that International Women’s Day fell on his birthday. I miss him. He always said “It’s a good life”
