Hotfooted it to the post office to collect my phone, got v excited when I could feel a box in the bag, I hadn't sent it away in a box, perhaps they're sending me a brand newie. Nope, just a letter telling me I'd killed it and that it's beyond repair and is no-one's fault but my own and to bog off, basically. Doh!
