Mansion growing on the cliffs

Over the past two years we have watched this mansion grow on the cliffs above Moulin Huet. Yesterday the building noises were quite loud. It has 10 cesspits as its on granite and the drains do not extend this far onto the cliffs. The property has several other granite barns and a large farmhouse which are all in the process of renovation. It will be interesting to hear who moves in.
