'My mate must be somewhere around'

We don't often see Goosanders in the park but just occasionally a pair can be seen out on the deeper water diving for fish. 

I'm not sure where the male was but if he was near the bank he would be hidden in the very heavy shadows.

Forecast for tomorrow is pretty awful .... I might be forced to do some housework ..... hoovering, dusting, defrosting the freezer etc!
