Still feeling a bit lethargic today with a hint of a sore throat and when I went to buy my favourite ‘fix that sore throat good and proper’ tablets at Boots the Chemist (Tyrozets) they tell me they’re not made anymore! Boohoo.

Anyway, it was nice to catch up with work colleagues online this morning and then a real life catch up this afternoon at the park with another colleague. Tried to get a good photo of the swans but as usual they evaded me so we’re settling for this moorhen!

Wasn’t the only pupil at Arabic class tonight so was a bit easier - thank goodness.

Hoping I feel a bit perkier tomorrow. Here’s hoping you have a spring in your step too!
