Wide magnolia

This magnificent magnolia is very happy in the wind and the rain today. It is at its magnificent best.

Heartbreaking moment later when I walked along the back road in the William yard and came across a squashed pigeon with its organs spewed out on the road, no picture too distressing! But far more heartbreaking was the young pigeon that wouldn’t leave its mother! So sad. I just wanted to pick it up and bring it home but can’t teach it to fly!

Life can be very harsh!
