Like lots of other places in the UK it’s been a gruesome day here so not much outside activity. Instead I’ve been busy in the kitchen with this lot: every day I make kefir; every month it’s sauerkraut and every spring I make the enormous treat that is wild garlic pesto. Not the most exciting image but an accurate record of the day with lots of tasty food to come.
