Like sea creatures.


Today it seems we may have finally surfaced from our 6 month plumbing hell.  It's been so long and the daily stress of it (we thought we were going to have to move out at one point) has been such such that I don't quite believe it yet.  I think I will be waiting for the other shoe to drop for a little while.


Roof repairs still pending.  Raised it with the board.  The roof is still under warranty, no wonder he doesn't want to come deal with it.  Will let the board decide on when they want to proceed with anything on the legal front, meantime I continue to chase and document. 



The last few mornings have been chilly, missing not having any heating.  HVAC still to come.


Tired and defeated today despite the apparent plumbing resolution.
