Duffins!

I do enjoy baking but as we're cutting down on the naughty stuff I don't bake very often. I saw a recipe that I really wanted to try, duffins, a cross between muffins and doughnuts! There are 6 lemon duffins and 6 strawberry. Tonight we have some happy neighbours, 4 to one house, and 4 to another which left 4 for us.
