A lot of what I love about the architecture of Melbourne is captured in this photograph. Old vs New, Gothic Revival vs Modern Skyscraper.

It all melds together and works.... The juxtaposing styles should in someway create a disconnect but rather they enhance the other and form an elaborate and highly celebrated interwoven pattern of form, texture and styles.
