Are we there yet?

Brize Box

Apart from village Ducks as I blipped before, and morally if you can call any business sector a winner during these troubled times, one of the pandemic’s ‘winners’ must be the delivery on demand logistic companies in the residential/consumer sector.

The antidote to constantly putting on and taking off socks, shoes, winter coats, hats gloves etc to meet with these angels of consumerism has been our Brize Box. A very secure combination parcel drop / letterbox we’ve positioned at the end of our driveway.

Apparently a British patented design and after much research into numerous options we installed a large sized one last Autumn. (they come as standard, large and extra large, and can be standalone, built in or wall mounted)

A few days later our postman expressed his delight at the contraption when we bumped into him during one of our exercise walks. There is even a bar code inside for a delivery driver to zap if they need to prove delivery and it can swallow and securely hold packages up to 41x31x22cm.
