Teeny elderflower

Don't know about you but for me, the appearance of tiny elderflower heads is one of the highlights of spring. No matter how chilly and stormy March is, the sight of these little curled up flowers is a major harbinger of early summer. Elderflower cordial, wine and flavoured apple jelly is almost on the menu!
