Cheops

All the bulbs I foolishly didn't plant last autumn because I thought they'd be under builders' boots by now have started sprouting in the bags where I'd hoped I could keep them dormant. So I've planted lots and lots of bulbs today, not for flowers but to keep them alive until this time next year.

I envy those whose building work has actually started.
