5/365: Eugene

For anyone who knows about my recent obsession with roadbikes, you can understand the excitement I felt meeting Eugene. I met him in front of Starbucks today over a caffeine fix, and asked him about his super cool Bianchi Pista. He's a 50+ year old middle school teacher and is in AMAZING shape. For someone who bikes everyday to work, that's no surprise! He's a real inspiration. I can't wait to get a bike and catch him on the streets of Merced!
