from Sunday In The Park With George from BBC Proms 2010

My wife went to the grocery today alone and I waited in the car. I noticed how the raindroplets accumulated on the windshield and the view was more and more like a pointillistic painting. Then naturally Paul Signac and Georges Seurat came to mind. And concerning the latter, when thinking about the suitable sountrack music, the musical Sunday in the park with George based on Georges Seurat was an obvious choice. This musical was apparently named due to the painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte.
