Ship builders monument

I spent most of the day looking for a gift for my sister’s 50th birthday. Funny how I find things when I am not looking and when I need a gift I can’t find a thing. The photo is from the nearby harbor of Port Jefferson. The village was once the largest shipbuilding community in the county.
