Mother's Day

Mum loved her flowers and Dad loved the date and walnut cake cooked to an old family recipe, so all was well. Lovely to see the parents looking so well and Mum didn't even blink an eye when I produced a comb and scissors from my handbag to give her a hair cut. My hairdressing skills thankfully are on the up because of lockdown practising!

I was thoroughly spoilt by both my kids even though I couldn't be with them and feel very lucky.
