The birdbath was awash with our feathered friends today.  We had a blue tit, a couple of blackbirds, a pigeon who just sat there for about ten minutes (I considered offering him a cup of tea, that's how I like to bathe) and this little fella, the only one I captured.   I don't know what he/she is, we checked the books but couldn't agree.

Elsewhere, I've got a selection of robins on my books in the park now.  Two are definitely still works in progress but the little beauty in extras is highly trained now.   I'm so happy when he shows up.  He's got two hangers on now, a couple of great tits who follow him when I whistle.  When the seagulls follow the trawler it is because they know sardines will be thrown.
