Out early

to Supermarket. Walking back up Hillheads Road I had to stop twice to rest.
I'm definitely unfit and starting a diet .... Soon ??
Its a beautiful sunny day so I bought some plants which I havent put in the garden yet.
Tomorrow is another day !!!!
