Tea and Cake

One bonus about making the date and walnut cake recipe of Mum's is that it's actually for two cakes so I don't feel guilty about keeping one which I would freeze normally. 

Being Mother's Day on Sunday I really didn't feel at all guilty about delving in and cutting a slice. Deliciously naughty with a layer of butter. What a treat for the week ahead too.
