Clear and very Cool Bike Ride

I had a chance to bike ride with my middle son M, today.  He as well, is such a good rider.  Sure like it when he sets the pace for the ride to suit me...the 'old fart ' pace..haha


It was a clear day with a very cool breeze off the lake giving it multiple colours. Feels so good to get outdoors and get back into riding.  After this winter of so much sitting around I truly feel...'flabbergasted'.


I made us a hungry man's lunch...ham and eggs with little potatoes..and of course...some fresh coffee.
