Winners of the 36th America’s Cup

Te Rehutai, Team New Zealand’s yacht crossed the finishing line in first place this afternoon - the first team to win seven races and thereby retaining sports oldest trophy.

NZ has previously won this trophy in 1995, 2000, 2017 and now 2021.

It is a proud day to be a Kiwi - I also admire Luna Rossa who sailed with admiration and skill to be incredible runner ups.
