The Runner

Collected taped carpet runner for stairs from contractor this morning and after a couple of hours had centred on stair and fitted. Lady V delighted and with only a few small snagging jobs left in the house I'm turning my attention to outside whilst the weather lasts. 

I've decided I need a new bike so me and my lad can escape and get some quality outdoor exercise together. I'm looking at a couple of different mountain bikes as prefer the relative safety of forest trails, also need to shed a few pounds and can't think of a better motivation than spending time with my boy.
