I haven't been very blip-present this weekend, I had two five hour rehearsals with the band making for a VERY sleepy me.

Today though I had a day off to recover so I dragged myself outside.

Since finally finding out that I have Fibromyalgia, it has made a lot of sense of a lot of things, especially my tiredness. As much as I love blipping and try to do it every day, some days it just doesn't happen and I'm not going to beat myself up over that anymore. Not that I will use it as an excuse but if I fall asleep on the sofa and don't wake up until after midnight then that's what happens!
