Favourite Walks

One of our favourite little walks along Quayside at Blyth. I’ve walked past this sign many times but never really looked at it but I did today.
Apparently Antarctica was discovered from a ship built in Blyth, Northumberland. It was built & owned by Captain William Smith born & raised in Blyth. Well I never!
