Oregano on standby!

Day one of a new set of photoshoots for Jeannette Hyde and it is all systems go.

The recipe is a marinaded chicken cooked with an apple in side for juiciness and sweetness. I have to admit I have never cooked a bird that way before but it sounds interesting. The marinade includes lemon zest, oregano and garlic, so all the bases ticked there I think.

I can't wait to have a nibble when the job is signed off.
