Female Swan at Kilmardinny Loch

Beautiful sunny afternoon. Walked to Kilmardinny Loch to see the swan on her nest, she had been building it last week and was sitting on it today until we got closer then she got up as someone had arrived with food for her. Extra is of a handsome Mallard swimming by in the inky blue water.
