By Holme Wood, Loweswater

I met Emma for a walk today - she had Walter (the whippet) with her. I thought the walk from Fangs Brow, over Holme wood, and back along the shores of Loweswater would be a good walk - she, and Walter, loved it! It was helped by the weather, which was glorious. 

So good to see her. 

I loved the way the light was spotlighting this tree against the deep shadows, the overall contrast was fabulous.
