Playtime

This Gandma was glad her grandson was so happy playing here almost an hour with the small creatures, and making echoes in the stairwell to the garage.… (I THINK the tulips are coming!)  she was lamenting the fact that so much is closed ,so there isn’t that much to do with him like when they could go to museums and libraries.  He's having a conversation with H about the penguin. . They had a 3 legged dog with them I’m sorry didn’t make it into this quick snap.…      It was this photo or a boring downtown construction blip out the window at a stoplight (actually,  I played with that HERE)   today as I came back from my LAST wrist therapy. Yea!!!!!  It will not ever be perfect but think it will improve a little more when the shoulder gets stronger. Happy.

Last year on this day we were at the island and heard the news in the morning that yes, the Canadian border would close …tomorrow.    We were planning on staying longer but made a quick decision to leave this day…giving some fresh groceries to neighbors but pretty much leaving things as is for what we thot would not be this long!  Here we are at a year (tomorrow) and no opening date is set yet.   They are losing lots of business and tourist dollars but finally are getting people vaccinated  (The US is now also selling them some Astra Zeneca) so we are hoping for summer there!  fingers crossed.  So grateful for good neighbors who have watched over it , cleaned out the fridge and winterized it for us.
