Light as a feather

This dessert was as light as a feather. Like a fluffy cloud bathed in sweet vanilla custard. Oeuf a la neige at Galvin Brasserie. I could have had the usual sandwich then yogurt for lunch but was persuaded otherwise by my foodie friend despite my 'healthy eating week' inentions. The first two courses weren't half bad either! Ah well back to soup for the rest of the week.
