A golden day...

We began with an hour's window washing outside, I indulged in some stitchery during the morning before a light lunch, then we went off to St Paul's Collegiate to hear Hamilton Civic Choir present Bach's St Matthew Passion. It was a wonderful performance and there were many special treats, among them , the soprano soloist Jane Tankersley who was a soloist with us when we sang with Bach Musica for a month in Germany  under Rita Paczian in 2000. Jane has a voice straight from Heaven and she moves one's soul with her exquisite performance.
The day ended with this golden light gilding part of our garden.
