Paul's crusty loaf.

The Feast of St. Cuthbert.
Saturday is baking day and Paul tried out this Tesco Crusty white bread mix. It rose beautifully and is quick and easy to make.
It is still warm but will be enjoyed with our evening meal. We are having Plant Chef Vegan sausages, sweetcorn, chunky chips, grilled tomatoes and spinach.
I am delighted to have my Samsung Tablet back from the Use It Computer shop. They repaired it really well. I am considering buying a protective screen from Amazon.
