Matt slept terribly and eventually gave up trying and got up at about 4am. I then didn’t sleep that well and before I knew it my alarm was going off.

Work was fine but I was sleepy. I got home to Matt asleep on the sofa. I had a cuppa and some toast and then fell asleep myself.

Basically a sleepy old day. However I got a lovely little parcel from Charlotte, we have a cracking loaf of sourdough, and we’re about to order a takeaway.
