I cut a slice of nostalgia in the sunshine, as a friend had been reminiscing with me recently about the king of 70s desserts, the Arctic Roll. We occasionally had one growing up, and it was indeed a treat, now I discover the Co-Op does a version. Somehow the smell of corduroy, old Ford Cortinas and Old Spice seemed to fill the memory nostrils.
